As you can imagine, I get through a lot of products (I’m a proper hoarder) and it’s usually just my luck that that all run out at the same time! I’m at the end of my summer products now (is it just me that has seasonal products?) so it’s a good opportunity to show everything that I’ve loved this last season. I have a few bits that make an appearance every year, some that I use year-round and then the odd one that I’ve recently discovered this summer, so a varied bunch I’d say!

Lush D’Fluff
I’ve loved this for years now so this isn’t specifically seasonal for me, but I do tend to get through it a lot quicker in summer. It’s a shaving soap that’s amazing for sensitive skin and it’s the only thing I’ve found to prevent that dreaded shaving rash! I absolutely swear by it and it’s a God send in summer when I fancy sticking on a skirt or dress.

MUA Green Colour Corrector
This isn’t completely gone, I can stick scrape a couple more uses out of it but when you can see this much of the pan it’s a goner. This is the first colour corrector I ever used (this exact one) so it’s lasted a while and the creamy consistency is definitely best for me. I can’t see myself switching any time soon, plus it’s only cheap too so why would I want to switch?!

Perspirex
Just like D’Fluff, this is a must-have all year round, but more so in summer. I have Hyperhydrosis so I’m a pretty sweaty person and Perspirex is the only product I’ve got at the minute that relieves it slightly. I wouldn’t say it’s the best thing I’ve ever found, but it does the job and kept up pretty well during summer.

Benefit Ready, Set Brow
This one has left me devastated. I’m a massive Benefit fan and I reach for my Brow Zings kit every morning so getting this Ready, Set, Brow sample in a magazine I was buzzing. It’s just a clear gel with a strange-shaped brush/applicator but it locks my brows right in! It’s not as hard to get off as a few brow gels I’ve tried before either so I absolutely fell in love with it – I’ll definitely be buying this again!

Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream
This one makes an appearance every summer – who doesn’t love a BB cream? It’s nice and light so you can have a decent coverage in the summer without feeling like your face is melting off, plus you can now get this oily-skin version that can help regulate the oil in your skin. It’s the only BB cream I’ve found that doesn’t have the orange tint to it even though it’s classed as ‘light’ and I don’t think I need to tell you how annoying that is when you’re an absolute milk bottle! I use this every year without fail and I don’t think next year will be any different!
